Duration:3 days (Two days of e learning or face to face contact sessions and one day hands on at simulation lab Apollo MedSkills
Course Description: The training is aim to implement an initiative in response to the current COVID crisis. Research has shown that the life sciences industry is currently facing a huge skill gap in terms of front-line healthcare workers with specific knowledge and skill sets to combat COVID-19. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) in close association with World Health Organization on preparedness and response measures for COVID-19, including surveillance and contact tracing, laboratory diagnosis, risk communications and community engagement, hospital preparedness, infection prevention and control (IPC) and implementation of containment strategies. This specific curriculum is designed to provide health services in MSMEs of Hyderabad to combat the spread of COVID-19.
Course Objective:
The overall objective is to improve the skills of the health resource workers to better enable them to combat COIVD-19.
